That’s Lance, in his own words. Since 2016 he and Craig have put together nine houses — four of them side by side on a riverfront lot in Sebastian, two pool homes a few miles inland, a beach house at Butler Beach in St. Augustine, and a Tudor up in Toledo.
Most bookings still come through Airbnb and VRBO, and that’s fine — the listings are there, the reviews are there. This site exists for the guests who already know the place and would rather deal with the owner directly. Same houses, same calendar, without the platform’s guest fee on top.
